How ProMAPS works

ProMAPS helps you find new customers, plan efficient routes, and keep track of who you already own — all in one place.

🧭

Getting around

Everything lives in five homes (a manager's has four: Team, Find, Accounts and To do). On a phone they sit in the bar at the bottom of the screen; on a tablet, in a row across the top; on a wide screen, down the left side. A home with more than one part shows its parts as a row of tabs.

To do — the calls you owe today, the follow-ups coming up, and any stops a manager sent you.

Find — search by Who buys it? or by Type of business.

Accounts — your customers, everyone you've touched, and your target lists and scanned cards.

Routes — today's route, saved routes, the routes you drove, the visit map and your mileage.

More — exports.

+

Add a prospect on the spot

Met someone worth a follow-up while you were out? Tap the round + at the bottom right of a phone, or + Add a prospect at the top of To do or Accounts on a computer.

1

Find the business

ProMAPS lists the businesses right where you're standing — tap the one you're at. Not there? Search by name nearby, or type it in (with no address, it's pinned where you are).
2

Say how it went

Pick how it went, add a note and who you talked to, and a follow-up day if you need one.
3

Save

It logs today's visit and puts the business on your Met in person list, ready to map and route back to. One of your customers already? Just the visit is logged.
📇

Accounts & follow-ups

Every business you've touched has an account: the ones on your lists, your customers, the stops you've visited, and anyone you've called or written a note about.

1

Accounts → Everyone

Search them all by name, address or list. Show All, Prospects or Customers, and pick a stage — New, Reached, Interested, Quoted, Sold, Lost — to see just those. A sale reads Sold until you tap 🤝 Make customer.
2

Open an account

Tap any business — here, or from Customers, Targets, To do or the Visit map — for its one page: call, directions, log a visit, a call or a note (the same buttons everywhere: how it went, a follow-up day, a note you can speak, who you talked to), add it to your route, the people and business cards from there, and everything that happened, newest first. A customer's page also shows how often to visit and a year of visits.
3

To do

The calls you owe today — follow-ups that are due come up as calls — and the ones coming up below. Each business has one follow-up date: a newer one replaces the older. Clear takes it off; Tomorrow or Next week moves it later.
📞

Calling down a list

The Call screen shows one business at a time, with everything you need while you're on the phone.

1

Start calling

Tap 📞 Start calling in To do or a business in its list. In Targets, 📞 on a row calls that one business, and 📞 Call above the list calls everyone shown.
2

Dial

The number is big at the top — tap it to dial, or read it off a computer and dial on your phone. Other numbers you have for the business sit under it.
3

Take notes while you talk

The company's address, website, last touch, who you talked to and recent history are right there, with a note box you can speak into. Your notes stay on the phone until you save the call.
4

Save & next

Tap how it went — a miss saves in one tap, a good call asks for its follow-up day — and the next business comes up. Undo takes the last call back for a few seconds.
📊

Reading the results

Every business card shows you the signals you need to decide whether it's worth a stop.

Volume estimateVery HighHighMediumLow

AI-estimated purchase potential based on the type and size of the business and what it is likely to go through. Very High and High are your priority stops.

CustomerCustomer

Green means one of your customers (Accounts → Customers). They show up automatically in every search near them.

🗺️

Switch between List and Map with the buttons at the top right of the results. Map view lets you see how businesses are clustered so you can plan your drive before building a route.

🗺️

Building and running a route

Once you have results, build a route and run it stop by stop from the app.

1

Add stops to your route

Tick a business's box to add it to your route — on the map, tap a pin and then + Add to route. You can add up to 23 stops; the route bar counts them.
2

Review the route

Tap Review route → on the route bar. Your stops appear as numbered pins, already put in the quickest driving order by drive time.
3

Add a start and finish address

Open Route optionsand enter where you start (your office or home) and, if it's different, where you finish. The order is planned from your start to your finish.
4

Change the order (optional)

Drag stops to reorder them, or pin the one you want first — then tap Optimize order to plan the rest again.
5

Add a stop (optional)

Need a stop that wasn't in the results? Under Route options, tap Add stop to drop in any business by name or address.
6

Save it for later (optional)

Planning ahead? Name your route and tap Save route to keep it under Routes → Saved without running it — set up tomorrow tonight, and change it anytime.
7

Or start driving

Tap Start route. It saves the route for you, then shows one stop at a time. Tap Directions to open Google Maps for that leg, then log the visit with how it went and a note before the next stop.
💡

You can reload a saved route from Routes → Saved to change it, add stops, and optimize it again before running it.

👥

Customers

Customers (under Accounts) is home for the accounts you already have. Get them in once, and ProMAPS shows them on every nearby search, maps who's due a visit, and reminds you to follow up.

📂 Import a file

Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV from Customers. The app auto-detects Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, and Category columns — no template needed. Re-importing updates existing accounts in place instead of duplicating them.

✏️ Add one by hand

Add a single customer by name and address using the manual entry form. Useful when you close a new account in the field and want to log it immediately.

🟢

However they get in — imported or added by hand — your customers appear automatically as Customer green pins in any nearby search, so you never cold-call an account you already have.

🕒 Who's due a visit

In Map view, every account is colored by how long it's been since your last visit — Up to dateVisit soonVisit nowLong overdueNever visited. Spot who's slipping at a glance, filter the list to any bucket, sort by most overdue, and open an account for its full visit history — or lasso a cluster on the map to route to several at once.

✅ Visits, cadence & follow-ups

Log a visit from an account (or during a route) with a note and an outcome tag. Set a visit cadence per account and ProMAPS grades each one against its own target. Drop a follow-up reminder with a date and note, then use the Follow-ups due filter so nothing falls through.

🔒

Your customer list isprivate. Other reps can't see your accounts, and you can't see theirs. Your company's admin can see a map of where the team's stops are.

📍

Visit map — where you've actually been

Every business you've ever marked Visitedon a route, on one map. It's the coverage view of your territory: where you've been working, and which pockets are going stale.

Colored by how long it's been

Pins use the same colors as Customers — Up to dateVisit soonVisit nowLong overdue — so a cluster turning orange is a part of town asking for a route.

Filter and inspect

Filter the map to any bucket, then tap a pin for the business's details — when you last visited and how many visits it has had in total.

💡

Pair it with saved routes: when a neighborhood on the visit map goes orange, reload the route that covered it and run it again.

🚗

Mileage

ProMAPS keeps a running mileage log (under Routes) so you're not piecing your drives together at expense time.

Auto-logged from your routes

Finish a route and the driving distance is logged for you automatically — from your start, through every stop, and back.

Add trips manually

Drove somewhere off-route? Add a manual entry with the date and miles.

Reimbursement & export

Set your cents-per-mile rate and ProMAPS totals your reimbursement, then export the whole log to Excel for expense reports.

📤

Exports

Need your data outside the app — for a manager, a report, or your own records? Exports (under More) gives you clean Excel downloads.

Download your customers, My visits (every stop you visited or skipped, with how it went) and your saved routes — each as an .xlsx file, with dates so you can pull just a week, a month, or a quarter.

💡

Tips

📍

Search the ZIP you're driving through, not your home base

Enter the ZIP code of the area you're visiting that day. It keeps results on your actual drive.

🟢

Check for customers before cold calling

Green pins are your customers. If you see one on the map near a prospect, swing by both on the same trip.

⭐

Work Very High and High first (Volume estimate)

These are the businesses the AI rates the best fit. Work them before moving to Medium.

🗓️

Save a route for every blitz day

Name routes by date or area (e.g. "Katy 5/20"). Saved routes give you a history of where you've prospected and what's been covered.

🏪

Use Type of business for a day on one kind of business

Spending a day on restaurants? Type of business pulls every one in the area.

📱

Plan on a computer, run it on your phone

ProMAPS works on both. The route screen is built for one hand, between stops — pull over before you tap.

Ready to start prospecting?

All it takes is a ZIP code and one search.
